THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2024 | JUST BE ORGANISED

 

Scripture reference: 1 Corinthians 14:40

“Let all things be done decently and in order.”

Welcome to the month of August 2024! If you may, please give a mighty handclap of praise to God Almighty! He deserves all the glory and honor.

See what the Lord has done! Our eyes have seen, our ears have heard and our minds have perceived that we are alive today only by God’s grace. We are not better off than those who have since departed from this life or from this earth. We haven’t paid anything in return for the life that we have. But we are here, anyway.

I thank God for people who recently celebrated or are yet to celebrate their birthday; birth of a child or children; anniversary; introduction; wedding; graduation; promotion; travel and relocation; appointment to new position; new leadership role; signing of a new contract; acquisition of property; starting new business and enterprise or company; among others. May your joy increase.

I remember and pray for or with people who have recently gone through or are still going through challenges of different kinds. There are those who lost loved ones; lost employment; lost valuable relationships and opportunities in life; had losses in their business. We have people who are sick in homes and hospitals or medical facilities. There are those who were involved in accidents that almost claimed their lives but they survived and have trauma and terrible memories. We have people whose marriages have broken down and are irreconcilable and; there are those who have been searching for money to fix some issues in life including payment of house rent and bills and yet can’t find the funds. May God reach out to each one and comfort and strengthen them, each according to their situation.

August is here! The eighth month of 2024! We can only celebrate entry into the month and keep hope alive that just as we walked through January, February, March, April, May, June and July, we will go through this month as well.

Being organized is our focus for the month.

I speak from personal experience that there is so much we can achieve and save in life if only we can be organized. Being organized is a gift that comes from creation but I believe that it can also be acquired along life’s awesome journey. Just try it out and as you practice one day at a time, it shall become part of you.

August is a month for us to get into our inner lives and organize every system within us. It is a month where we re-categorize our lives in accordance with what we have. Not only shall we organize our lives but also our personal belongings; work; money; rooms; businesses; friendships and relationships; relatives and family.

Children are getting holidays in the middle of the month. As parents, we are called upon to organize our homes so that these children have secure and free holiday time; a time for them to reconnect with the home environment away from the three to four months of academic focus.

For those who have friends, this is the month to organize our friendships and reflect upon them. House assistants have the opportunity to organize the houses of/for their masters. Drivers and riders have an opportunity to organize their automobiles. Pastors and religious leaders have an opportunity or organize prayer centers so that worshippers of God have a serene environment to communicate with their Creator. Leaders at all levels have to organize their communities do that the people they lead can have a reason to work together towards community growth and development.

With all the above written down, I pray for each of us that God shall uphold us in all ways.

Life is such and such is life. While there are those who are struggling in one way or another, there are those who are happy in one way or another. While there are those who are stuck and not sure how to proceed with life, there are those who are moving well and freely. While there are people and nations at war with one another, there are those who at total peace.

Just organize yourself; be grateful for each breath. After all, life is but mere breath.

I wish you the very best of August as we plan for September 2024, already.

  Winning is for winners, not losers; Losing is for losers, not winners. I believe that life, Is about the choice either to win or to lose. But why would someone in their right or rightful sense(s), Choose to lose? Don’t they want to win or win-ko at least? Yeah ..., l et everyone win. I don’t expect losses. I expect wins and wins, only. October is month number ten, I should and we should have ten-fold wins. Forget the past, focus on the present and the future. JUNE INTO JULY | THE BEAUTY OF GOD'S GOODNESS

June is done just like we went through May, April, March, February and January of this year.  I thank God for this far He has brought each of us and our loved ones (people within our circles).
