SEPTEMBER 2022 | THE CONVICTION OF HOPE BEYOND FEAR

Dear Family, Friends and Universe,

August is gone with all its positives and negatives, never to be seen again! September is here. Let’s embrace it.

It is a wonderful new day, month and season. I declare in accordance with Psalm 118:24 that this is the day the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. I could feel the breeze of the hour as I wrote this message to all of us. This line was written 4:33am and in that moment, I overheard a truck pass by our house. The “boys” were already up going to pick up some hardcore stones. It was business, for them; it was work, money and nothing else or nothing less.

It is such a wonderful privilege to be alive today. I thank God for this gift of life that I can never take for granted. As I wrote this piece and as you it, I was reminded that there are billions of people admitted in hospitals or medical facilities due to different unfortunate conditions and situations of life. There are people who have just lost the battle and are no more. There are people locked up in prisons and places of detention and have no liberty to move about or control their own affairs. I am not certain of what comes to your mind knowing that you are free like a bird to live, move and have your being without any hindrance. For me, it is all about God’s grace; nothing else, nothing less. I  am totally convinced that my Creator is the ever present listener to all my conversations and prayers; my ever present help in time of need; my guide, my all.

We live in times that challenge us in one way or another. Through interaction with so many people within my circles, I have listed to the talk about the difficult times we have found ourselves in; how the economy is tough and how people are struggling to make ends meet. I see it, I feel it too. But I have totally kept on convincing myself that God has created us to have life and life in abundance no matter what the circumstances might dictate. We are told in John 10:10 that “…the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy but I have come that they may have life and life in abundance.” What is this abundance? It is about you and I living beyond fear; being totally convinced that the one who created us will in accordance with his Word in Hebrews 13:5, never leave nor forsake us and that as per Jeremiah 29:11, our Creator has very good plans for us; plans not to harm us but to prosper us; plans to give us a future and a hope that endures. According to Philippians 4:19, our God shall supply all our need(s) according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Hebrews 4:12 tells us that God’s Word is alive and active. It is sharper than a double-edged sword and penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. O my!

September is a great month for me and you. As per Psalm 118:17, each of us will live and not die and we will proclaim what the LORD has done for us. As an individual and as family, I look forward to celebrating life and love. I look forward to appointments, reappointments, favor, joy, blessings, promotion and elevation, acquisitions, prosperity and much more positive vibe.

I stand in authority as granted to me in Mathew 18:18 to bind all forces of evil that may be planned or scheduled towards us. I cancel every plan of evil and declare in accordance with Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and we will refute every tongue that accuses us… I declare healing upon the sick and comfort to the broken-hearted. I declare to those who may be suffering that it will not be long before your Creator steps in to assist you in every aspect of your life. We refuse to settle for less. This is our month to recover all that the enemy had taken away from us. It is a month worth looking forward to – worth celebrating.
